  • Work closely with radiation oncology department
  • Continuously communicate with radiation oncology staff on issues related to software development
  • Ensure implementation of proposed software
  • Analyze performance of software programs
  • Based on feedback from users, ensure that deficiencies in programs are corrected in a timely manner
  • Continuously communicate with software users to understand changes and modifications necessary to existing programs

Technical understanding

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field
  • Experience in software development preferably in the medical field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visual C
  • Knowledge of medical language
  • Experience in development and management of medical software
  • Experience with PACS & DICOM necessary
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Documentation and FDA 510K preferred.

  • Conducts training of junior staff and other employees

  • Identify weaknesses in medical software and suggest possible solutions to address them.
