Business Process Manager Job Profile and Description

Business Process Manager plays a major role in the planning team, working collaboratively with various business owners and business groups in designing and implementing planning solutions. Business process manager delivers data, owns process, audits automation, and assists business partners in defining and implementing system enhancements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring integrity of revenue, budget, headcount, and forecasting data.
  • Liaising with business groups to assist in defining, interpreting, and implementing system enhancements.
  • Responsible for control compliancy to Corporate Accounting, Internal Audit and other external or internal interested parties.
  • Teaming with external and internal business contacts for responding to system interface and data issues.
  • Discovering talent and preparing future leaders.
  • Challenging existing processes and implementing changes when needed.
  • Serving as level two for customer inquiries regarding timeliness or revenue data quality.

  • Effectively interpreting and understanding client’s requirements.
  • Ability to evaluate problems and identify a unique approach to manage the project.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, MIS or any related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum experience of +1 year on project management or software development life cycle is an added advantage.
