Business Development Associate Job Profile and Description

A Business Development Associate works to leverage executive level relationships and analyze the elements that effects company’s profit levels. They are responsible to check all the internal as well as external factors and elements that have direct or indirect effect on company’s competitive standing.

They recommend short term and long term solutions to top management that will be beneficial for the expansion of the enterprise.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working actively to increase sales and should be able to provide creative ideas for the development of new products.
  • Pursuing and maintaining new and already established business relationships.
  • Understanding and obtaining the needs of the clients and establishing good relationship with customers.
  • Following up the clients continuously, responding to client enquiries through calls, email, or letters.
  • Analyzing and recommending expansion solutions to top management in the company.
  • Providing solution to client problems and resolving consumer complaints.
  • Keeping abreast of technical knowledge in order to work on different types of scheduling software.
