Corporate Development Job Profile and Description

Corporate Development professionals are responsible for tactical improvement of the company. They are accountable for contributing effectively to the corporate management authorities, obligations, and commercial planning.  In addition to this, they are also responsible for negotiating terms for acquisition of desired targets.

The department works closely with senior executives and finance departments for conciliation and implementation across the management.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generating strategies to help the organization, and maintaining now and future profitability continually.
  • Working inside the organization interfacing with managers and other employees.
  • Conducting necessary field research regarding potential fusion companies.
  • Keeping abreast of current market situations and other factors, which may affect the overall business climate.
  • Ensuring the effective execution of cross cutting themes and policies.
  • Meeting financial goals and supporting the executive directors and administration team in the improvement of the company.
  • Building effective association with external agencies.
  • Researching and understanding the customers.
  • Executing business development activities including increasing partnerships with companies.
  • Supporting the accomplishment of company programs to make sure the development of the Company.
  • Identifying and making recommendations to the management on fresh business opportunities.
