  • Ability to deal with the diverse clinical research projects, drafting the ethical clinical policies by considering the research etiquettes and taking the important decision about the selection and training of the hired clinical staff.
  • Experience of undertaking the clinical research projects, knowledge of conducting clinical trials and preparing the important reports for timely submission.
  • Good leadership & motivational skills to manage the team members, experience of handing small internal issues, ensuring the patient security programs and attending the meetings with the clinical corporate research team.
  • Coordinating with the sales department for gathering data about the product releases, responsibility of maintaining CRF forms and completing the assigned clinical research project within the committed time.
  • Maintaining discipline within the research department, reviewing the ethical board decisions and updating the team members regarding the same.
